  3. Assume a comfortable posture: Sit in a cross-legged position on the floor or sit on a chair with your feet flat on the ground. Alternatively, you can lie down on your back.
  4. Close your eyes: This will help you shut out external visual distractions and turn your attention inward.
  5. Take a few deep breaths: Inhale slowly and deeply through your nose, then exhale gently through your mouth. This helps to relax your body and clear your mind.
