My Wellness Mantra recognizes that emotional wellness is an important part of overall mental health, and their approach to emotional wellness through Mindfulness Activities or Rasas can provide individuals with valuable tools and resources to improve their emotional well-being. By incorporating daily unique activities that help individuals understand and manage their emotions, My Wellness Mantra is helping to promote greater emotional intelligence, improved self-awareness, and overall mental wellness for their clients and customers.

We are a group of passionate individuals who wish to bring a smile to your face. Professionals in our fields with more than 20 years of experience in the service industry, we went through some challenging times in our lives and searched for a remedy, a source and some help. We tried many famous, tried and tested options, but they did not work for us. We tried self-help books, videos and other media, but instead of helping, they left us more confused and depressed. Finally, after a lot of searching, we decided to help ourselves by understanding our issues and finding something that would work for us without leaving behind any side effects. After our successful attempt to heal ourselves through customized Mindfulness Activities, we wanted to help others by sharing our method, and was born.

We are simple and ordinary people trying to make a small difference in this beautiful world. We are local and based in Calgary.
